Legal Caveats

Please note that the requirements for academic, government or non-profit licensing include:

  • Use of the ACG software to support only government or foundation financed, research studies. These studies may not be used for any purpose related to the management or financing of health care services for any patient population within your organization or elsewhere.
  • Sending us copies of all reports and/or articles concerning your research using the ACG system.
  • Providing us with a copy of the output produced by the ACG software -- including a list of 'non-matched' ICD codes that the software has failed to recognize -- for any data reported in a final report.
  • Returning the software to us on or before the two year anniversary of your licensing agreement.
